October’s Proud to Serve award recipient is Frederick Trice, a veteran of the Mehlville Fire Protection District with over three decades of experience. Mr. Trice serves as a Paramedic Lieutenant, Certified Community Paramedic, Field Training Officer, and Certified Flight Paramedic who knew, from an early age, that he was bound for a life of service. Considering his job a calling, Mr. Trice has served as Fire District Chaplain for most of his career, and has participated in various mission trips to provide medical aid for people in need.
