I called brown and brown to handle a comp claim for me spoke with Mr. Robert Kerr who was very informative to the point and direct. He explained everything to me in detail. He was also very attentive while I was explaining my situation and he asked all the right questions. He sent out Mr. Steve Cherry who was very humble and courteous he was a really great listener also he asked all the right questions too of Robert and Steve was very professional made me feel stressed and worry free these two gentleman literally took all of the pressure off of me.
